Your Instructor
Tom Tomasi is an experienced firearms instructor who has been instructing civilians in firearms and the science and art of personal protection since 2002. He is certified by the New Mexico Department of Safety for Concealed Carry Course and by the National Rifle Association in Pistol and Personal Protection. He is a graduate of the Massad Ayoob MAG 20 course. He is also an NRA Certified Range Safe Officer and Coach. Mr. Tomasi emphasizes civilian self-defense situations, since their needs, and tool sets are very different than military or law enforcement. In his 25 years of service to the Federal Government, Mr. Tomasi has attended numerous training courses designed for instructors. He has been in various teaching and instructor positions for the past 25 years at TVI, DOE/NNSA, and local churches. His personal philosophy on self defense and firearms training is to instill solid, proven, basic fundamentals from which further development of skills is based, and to have some fun while doing it.
